Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment for a scan?

Walk-in X-rays and ultrasounds are usually possible; MRI and CT scans are best scheduled in advance. Our team will guide you at the time of booking.

Are imaging tests safe?

MRI and ultrasound use no ionising radiation. CT and X-ray use carefully controlled, low-dose radiation, and our protocols keep exposure to a minimum.

When will I get my report?

Most routine reports are available the same day. Complex studies may take a little longer and can be collected in person or shared as advised.
